About the event
Join Lindsay Hainlin, Wild Heart Shine Yogi, for a deeply relaxing sound immersion. Experience deep meditation, and healing vibrational energy.
We will begin with gentle, accessible movement and yoga asana on your yoga mat - suited for all levels of practice. Once settled into a supportive, restorative position - we will flow into a therapeutic Sound Bath.
Lindsay has lead yoga since 2017, and has trained in therapeutic sound healing since 2022. During sessions, Lindsay calls upon Reiki energy to intuitively guide her through creating the immersive sound experience for the room.
Come get grounded and experience a deep state of relaxation where your body will enter rest and digest. With the right guidance, we are all capable ofof deep self healing.
