Seasonal Cleanse, Fall 2024

In the summer, we live a faster pace of life.  We tend to eat lighter foods, move more, and rest less. The heat and energy of this active season can create a burnt out or overstimulated type of feeling.   

In the fall and winter, we may begin eating heavier, resting more and become less active. There are a few processes that help shift our bodies, minds and spirits into these different states of being. There are herbs, foods, and lifestyle practices that support the harvest of our growth from the first part of the year. I am here to help you discover how your harvest has blessed you, and what you are ready to release as you journey inward during the winter season.   

Clearing the stagnant leftover energy of the intensity of summer will clear your mind, renew your spirit and bolster your immune system!  The Fall Cleanse can address lifestyle habits you feel you'd like to take a break from, or perhaps you wish to gain a fresh new perspective on an aspect of yourSelf.. 

Some past participants have cleansed their digestive system by taking a break from eating meat or dairy or sugar. Some have eaten as they normally do, but instead have taken a break from technology and screens. Some have drafted their cleanse plan to include more rest, or closet purging, or less outward interaction and more introspection.. or a lighter workload. 

You can plan for a silent day or days, or a horizontal only day, or a liquids only day within the cleanse period.
