Bloom: Root Medicine Women's Retreat is a calling for you to press pause, and prioritize peace, and facilitate nervous system regulation.
As the plants around us pull their energy back to their roots in preparation for the cold winters, the Earth reminds us to call back our energy in stillness and calm, so that we are able to bloom when the season is right.
This Winter retreat has been designed to nourish your nervous system and energetic body through sound therapy, cathartic creative play, nurturing somatic movements, vagus nerve stimulation, energy work, time for integration, and soulful connections.
Our educational class offerings are tailored to provide you with practical and effective tools to better care for yourself and your loved ones, through the winter season and beyond.

Shared Lodging
A semi-private room in a rustic cottage with 2 or 3 beds. Please list your preferred roommate if coming with a friend, so that we can ensure you room together.

Camping/Group Lodging
This ticket is for either camping (bring your own tent/camper) OR sleepover-style group lodging (bring your own bedding) in a spacious lodge. In the case of inclement weather, we will move campers into the group lodge.
