Herbal Education Series : Four Parts

These fun hands-on herb classes are structured to build on one another, but they can also be taken individually. 

Class #1 ~ Herbal Applications 101 ~ Saturday, September 21, 4-6pm This is your foundation for using herbs therapeutically. Your instructor will  demonstrate basic herbal applications, such as tinctures and poultices. You will see, touch, taste and smell the many forms of herbal remedies. While we learn, we will craft a batch of delicious home-made elderberry syrup, which the student will take home. 

Class #2 ~ Herbal Applications 102 ~ Saturday October 12, 4-6pm This class focuses on internal applications, specifically tinctures. We will go wild-crafting and gather a wonderful and powerful herb from our local environment and turn it into a tincture that you will take home! 

Class #3 ~ Herbal Applications 103 ~ Saturday November 9, 4-6pm This class will cover external applications, such as poultices, compresses, and infused oils. We will be practicing creating a poultice for wound healing.

Class #4 ~ Herbal Applications 104 ~ Saturday December 7, 4-6pm. In this class we will continue to explore external applications while we craft a rich herbal salve from infused oils and essential oils.

Each class is $45. Book all 4 classes in advance for $150. Classes are limited to 10 students. No refunds or exchanges - every attempt to hold class will be made in the event of unforseen circumstances or Acts of Nature. For this reason class dates and times are subject to change.
