About the event
Grief is not something to be fixed. It is something to be held... gently, compassionately, and with grace. Through gentle guided practices and moments of stillness, we can understand the nature of grief, navigate emotions that arise, and honor the love that continues.
In this workshop, Reverend Bonnie Poirier and Naturopath Kelly McGee, will help you hold grief with various therapeutic holistic applications including guided meditation, lifestyle guidance, herbs and gentle touch.
This donation-based event is for anyone and everyone experiencing grief.
Suggested donation to attend is $22, but any donation is welcome, accepted and appreciated.
