Join Lindsay Hainlin, Wild Heart Shine Yogi, for a deeply relaxing sound bath. Experience deep meditation, and healing vibrational sound energy.
What is sound therapy and how does it work? Lindsay will offer a short talk with some key takeaways to explain what is happening during sound bath sessions.
We will enjoy gentle, accessible movement and yoga asna on your yoga mat - suited for all levels of ability.
Once settled into a supportive position we will flow into a therapeutic Sound Bath by Lindsay.
This is a special closing ceremony following the days event: Natural Wellness Solutions: Empowerment Through Quantum Healing.
