About the event
Join Kelly & Lindsay for a community gathering to shed self limiting beliefs, experience deep meditation, and receive balancing Reiki energy.Â
We will start with a community gathering at 4:30p.
Gentle mat yoga with Lindsay follows.Â
Held within the supportive container of the circle, we will discuss conscious language and ways to release self-limiting beliefs.Â
After time to process, reflect and journal, a Meditation led by Kelly will flow into a therapeutic Sound Bath by Lindsay. Â
Reiki Energy will also be shared by gentle passive touch or simple energetic presence from Kelly & Lindsay.Â
A special closing ceremony closes our event at 7:30p.
