Join Lindsay & Kelly at Your Nature Care Holistic Center for an immersive sound experience integrating healing Reiki energy and Sound Therapy.
Lindsay Hainlin, Wild Heart Shine Yogi, will lead a deeply relaxing sound bath encouraging deep meditation with healing sound energy. In addition to the group sound experience, each attendee will receive and integrate sound therapy within their individual biofield. The creative union of Sound Therapy and Reiki produces a gentle, yet deeply affecting state of relaxation that is very unique.
Gentle Reiki touch will be shared with each participant by Kelly McGee, a Karuna Reiki® Master and Traditional Naturopath. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that promotes healing. It is often administered by simple passive touch, or pure presence, and can be learned and practiced by anyone.
